VeRank is made by a small team. Email us and a person will reply, usually within two working days.
Email support
Include the email address you signed up with and your phone model. If it is a sign-in problem, the "Share diagnostic log" option in the app helps us find the cause quickly.
Report a question
Spotted a wrong answer key, a missing symbol or a broken image? Use the Report button on that question inside the app. Reports go straight to our content team, who correct or withdraw the question.
Feedback
Six quick questions about the last time you used the app. No sign-in needed. Suggestions and "this is confusing" notes belong here rather than in email.

Common questions
Is VeRank free?
Yes. There are no advertisements and no in-app purchases in the current version.
Does VeRank predict my rank?
No. The level bands you see are estimates from the difficulty tags of the questions you answer. They help you decide what to practise next; they are not predictions of exam results.
Which exams and subjects are covered?
JEE (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and NEET (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). Choose your goal during onboarding; you can change it later from the Me tab.
I did not receive my verification code.
Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is spelt correctly. Codes expire after 15 minutes; tap "Send a new code" to get a new one.
How do I switch between dark and light mode?
Me tab → Appearance. The choice is saved on your device.
How do I delete my account?
